Accounting, Account receivable (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date for our Region Germany at our location in Cologne:

Processing and reconciliation of open items, account management, monitoring of collection procedure.
Analysis and structuring of the accounting process.
Preparation of Statements.
Prejudicial dunning.
Bank posting including incoming and outgoing payment control.
Projects, developments of internal processes.
Support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

Office management clerk (e.g. industrial clerk , office clerk, tax clerk, specialist further training desirable)
Professional experience in accounting, especially in accounts receivable accounting
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Written and spoken English / German
Analytical, meticulous and structured way of working
High communicative skills and assertiveness
Reliability, motivation and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of the insurance industry
