Credit Controller (m/f/d)
Main tasks
- Processing and reconciliation of open items, account management, and monitoring of the collection procedure
- Analysis and structuring of accounting processes
- Preparation of financial statements
- Prejudicial dunning procedures
- Bank postings, including incoming and outgoing payment control
- Projects and development of internal processes
- Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Your profile - Professional experience/ personality/ languages/software
- Office management clerk (e.g., industrial clerk, office clerk, tax clerk); specialist further training desirable
- Professional experience in accounting, particularly in accounts receivable accounting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Analytical, meticulous, and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Reliability, motivation, and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
