Underwriting Assistant Engineering (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date at our location in Paris:

To handle a portfolio of existing contracts and issue new contracts: lead and co-insurance business (including international programs).
To perform preparatory technical analysis to underwriting decisions.
Underwriting support during all phases of portfolio management.
To check underwriting agreements.
To check and validate the wordings of standard contracts negotiated by the underwriter.
To prepare covers notes and insurance certificates.
To gather all data necessary for the issuance of contracts and invoices.
To ensure the quality of the data recorded in the IT systems.

Bac + 4 or equivalent.
3 years minimum experience.
Good knowledge of the Insurance industry – Interest for the “Engineering” branch requested.
Customer orientation, commercial and negotiation skills.
High self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and flexibility.
Good ability for self-organization.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
Solid handling of MS Office applications.
Very good French and English language skills (business fluent).
