Job Description
- You will become part of our dedicated Marketing & Communications team, supporting a wide range of activities across marketing, corporate communications, and employer branding.
- You will support our Corporate Newsroom in delivering both internal and external communications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching topics, gathering information, and coordinating approvals with a variety of stakeholders.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading content for our intranet, social media channels, and other communication formats.
- Maintaining, organizing, and managing content within our newsroom platform.
- You will be responsible for company-wide media monitoring and support the preparation of our monthly media review by analyzing and summarizing relevant media coverage.
- You will help build and maintain our data management processes by organizing, maintaining, and managing internal documentation.
- You will actively contribute to the further development of our intranet, supporting internal communications as well as the rollout of strategic topics and initiatives.
- You will contribute to the ongoing development of our LinkedIn presence, helping to strengthen our positioning as a modern and attractive industrial insurance provider.
Qualification
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Working Student who has successfully completed a bachelor's degree and is currently enrolled in a master's program. As we are seeking someone with a solid academic foundation and initial practical experience who can contribute from day one, this position is specifically intended for advanced master's students.
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a master's degree program with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Through internships and/or previous working student positions, you have already gained relevant experience in communications, public relations, media relations, social media, or marketing, enabling you to contribute effectively from day one.
- Working Style: You are proactive, responsible, and committed, with a self-driven approach to your work. You enjoy collaborating in a small team and are motivated to explore new ideas and ways of working.
- Tools & Technology: You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have hands-on experience working with content management systems (CMS). Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Canva or Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
- Social Media & Languages: You are confident using social media and understand how to communicate effectively with different target audiences. You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills (business fluent), along with outstanding writing and editing abilities.
