Job Description

Working with Claims Managers and Claims Handlers to review high-value and complex claims (including litigation claims) as part of a development plan.
Always following applicable claims reserving philosophy and claims standards with appropriate referrals. Managing multiple cases with confidence and accuracy and responding well to meeting targets and tight deadlines.
Experienced in stakeholder management, both internal (underwriting, distribution, actuarial, finance, and executive management) and external (brokers and clients).
Handling claims systems and data entry in the policy management system.
Structured and transparent document management.
Payment processing and bookings.
Processing clarification inquiries.
Participation in process analyses and optimizations.
Internal reporting.
Special tasks (e.g. project tasks, creation/processing of work instructions for claims processing).
Always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Qualification

Over 10 years of experience in claims management for international industrial insurance.
Good command of the English language.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong IT skills.
