Data Solutions Developer (m/f/d)

Main tasks

  • You will develop and maintain high-performance, data-driven applications and tools using .NET C#, SQL, and Python, enabling smarter decision-making across the company.
  • You will design and implement scalable database structures, write optimized queries, and fine-tune performance to support real-time analytics and reporting.
  • You will build and integrate APIs that connect internal and external data systems, ensuring seamless and secure data flow across platforms.
  • You will automate and streamline complex data workflows, eliminating inefficiencies and freeing up time for high-impact analysis.
  • You will explore and implement cutting-edge AI-driven technologies to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making.
  • You will collaborate closely with business leaders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into innovative, data-powered solutions.
  • You will stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and data engineering—bringing fresh ideas to the table and driving innovation.

Your profile - Professional experience/ personality/ languages/software

  • You have a strong background in software development, backed by a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • You have 2–5 years of experience in building data-driven software solutions, data engineering, or analytics applications.
  • You are proficient in .NET C#, SQL, and Python, and you know how to use these technologies to create scalable, high-performance data applications.
  • You understand database design, ETL processes, and data modeling, and you can write optimized queries for large-scale data environments.
  • You are comfortable working with APIs and integrating data between multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity.
  • You are curious about AI and machine learning, and you’re excited about integrating these technologies into real-world data solutions.
  • You are a problem solver, always eager to tackle challenges and find innovative ways to make data more accessible, insightful, and actionable.
  • Bonus points if you hold certifications in Microsoft Azure, AI, Data Engineering, or related technologies.

Why MSIGEU?

Your first year with us:
  • 0-3 months: You will get to know the organization, make initial contacts and familiarize yourself with your tasks as part of your onboarding. A buddy will be available to you regularly during this time. At this time you will also have your first meeting with the HR department so that any questions or organizational matters can be clarified.
  • 4-6 months: You become more and more familiar with your role and have completed the majority of your onboarding. Your buddy will also support you during this time. The second interview with HR is due.
