This will inform you directly about all our new job postings. Alternatively apply proactively at our unsolicited application option. We also offer the opportunity to do an internship, to assist as a student trainee or to write a thesis. Apply for this initiative as well!

We will send you a confirmation of receipt as soon as we have received your application. The responsible HR Officer will check your documents with the hiring department. If your application meets the required standards, the HR Officer will contact you as soon as possible.
 
We put green recruiting into action! In order to avoid CO2 emissions, we usually conduct the first discussions digitally. The HR staff and your future manager are part of this discussion. We take a lot of time to get to know each other as well as possible as this is our top priority! After the conversation, we ask you to reflect on the interview and get in touch with your feedback the next day. Afterwards, we will get back to you immediately to arrange a second round interview. This takes place with the team members of the hiring department and goes into technical depth. We then round this off the interview process with the last round, but this on site at our location. So we get to know each other personally.

After the second interview, the HR officer will inform you by phone about our decision. If we would like to hire you, the contractual data are discussed than, too. Afterwards we hand over the employment contract to you - either in person or by post. If you receive a cancellation, it means that there is an applicant who is more suited compared to our criteria. If you approve, we would like your documents for our job pool and may contact you at a later stage. Often we keep your documents - assuming your approval - still in our job pool. We will contact you as soon as we have a suitable job for you.
 
Your HR officer welcomes you on your first day at work. After discussing all relevant personnel details, we will bring you to your department. With the help of an individual training plan and your mentor you will get to know your tasks, the department as well as the company in the coming weeks.
 
After one month, you will have a meeting with your HR officer for a feedback interview - maybe you have any questions or feedback in the meantime? We want to make sure that you are well and that training is smooth. On our "Induction Day" for new employees from all locations, you will get to know further insides and can network with each other.
