General Administration Expert (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date for our Region Germany at our location in Cologne:

Senior user (contact person for the employees of the Region Germany) for the central applications for the administration of the insurance business (contract and claims management system, reinsurance system, system for filling documents).
Recording, elaboration and addressing of improvement of the aforementioned central applications.
Contact person for the system owners of the Corporate Center.
Ensuring data quality in the systems.
Participation in the adaptation of processes, especially in connection with the central applications.
Elaboration and preparation of cross-divisional fundamental issues and coordination/implementation in cooperation with the responsible areas of the Corporate Center.
Special tasks (e.g. project tasks).

Insurance education or comparable degree, preferably also relevant studies and/or further training.
Several years of experience in various operational functions for the administration of the insurance business (claims, contract administration, reinsurance).
Good overall understanding of the processes in an insurance company.
Broad knowledge regarding insurance specific topics.
Experience in the specification of application enhancements desirable.
High affinity regarding IT applications.
High level of conceptual, analytical and methodical skills.
Process-oriented thinking.
Personal initiative.
Communicative skills, social competence and enjoyment of teamwork.
Ability to work under pressure.
Confident appearance.
Good knowledge in terms of written and spoken English.
Confident handling of MS Office applications.
