Mobility Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks

  • Central contact person for all matters relating to fleet management with a current fleet of around 90 vehicles.
  • Management and optimization of the fleet.
  • Development and implementation of mobility strategies for the company.
  • Coordination of vehicle procurement, maintenance, servicing and returns.
  • Supporting budget planning and cost control. 
  • Interface for mobility topics, especially internationally
  • Carrying out training and awareness-raising measures for employees around mobility and vehicle use.
  • Support and coordination of individual measures.
  • Master data maintenance for fleet management.
  • Preparation of regular reports and analyses (with a focus on finance and ESG). 

Your profile - Professional experience/ personality/ languages/software

  • Several years of experience in fleet management and implementing mobility solutions for employees.  
  • High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and possess strong communication skills.  
  • Proficiency in German at C2 level and English at C1 level for communication in an international environment.  
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with fleet management software (e.g., FleetCARS) is an advantage.  
  • Knowledge in planning and organizing sustainable mobility concepts, such as corporate carsharing or alternative transport options, is advantageous.  
  • Interest in innovative mobility solutions and new trends in employee mobility.

The team you would enrich consists of eight colleagues and is part of the Corporate Center. It is responsible for various support services for our internal clients.

Your first year with us:
  • 0-3 months: You will get to know the organization, make initial contacts and familiarize yourself with your tasks as part of your onboarding. A buddy will be available to you regularly during this time. At this time you will also have your first meeting with the HR department so that any questions or organizational matters can be clarified.
  • 4-6 months: You become more and more familiar with your role and have completed the majority of your onboarding. Your buddy will also support you during this time. The second interview with HR is due.
  • 7-12 months: You have all the information and tools you need to carry out your tasks confidently and independently.
