Underwriting Assistance Liability (Industrial Insurance) (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date for our Region Germany at our location in Cologne:

Support for existing customers in cooperation with the underwriters, including in the areas of D&O, PI, Cyber.
Documenting insurance policies and supplements in the sole underwriting and management business.
Processing of management, sole underwriting, participation and indirect business.
IT processing of contracts including the corresponding premium bookings.
Supporting the underwriters with portfolio controlling.
Account clarification in the event of settlement differences.
Special tasks, in particular project work.

Completed apprenticeship as an insurance salesperson or comparable Qualification, ideally insurance specialist or comparable studies.
Several years of experience in administrative activities (in the context of contract administration of commercial and/or industrial insurance contracts in the engineering sector) as well as in underwriting, if applicable.
Project experience.
Very good cooperation and teamwork skills.
High level of self-motivation, resilience and flexibility.
Very good ability to organise yourself and work independently.
Confident use of MS Office applications and internal systems.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
